The apartment is located in a secure building near one of the main streets in Nice and around a 5 minute walk from the train station - excellent location if you’re planning on travelling up and down the coast by train.
The building itself leaves a lot to be desired, the stairway smelt strongly of urine every morning even though cleaning was visible.
On the last day we were also greeted with dried dog poo being swept from a higher floor on the staircase by one of the cleaners, narrowly missing us as we checked out.
The apartment itself was comfy, clean and well appointed with crockery, glasses and cutlery. It is exceptionally compact. I would not recommend it for first time couples as you are able to see through the toilet door even though it is mirrored (unless watching your partner on the toilet is your kind of thing 😬)
Communication from the hotel staff was quick, luggage storage was available for €5 down the street in a storage lockup. The storage is shared with other people so you have to be comfortable with it being unattended and other people being able to access the room. We stored our luggage from 11am to 7pm with no issues.
