Beautiful, clean apartment with lovely balcony looking towards the south. Just a few blocks from the beach, which was great. My only negative comment is that the concierge company did not respond in a timely manner to my questions. If I’d have a major problem, I would’ve been concerned that they would not respond in a timely manner. That said I probably would stay in the apartment again because it was so nice!

Great place - really liked the setup, amenities and the location! I only have one recommendation - having to go to the office of the management company to pick up the keys and to drop them off is quite inconvenient. If you are having a very early flight, you have to get up an additional 1/2 hour to have the time to get to the office and drop off the keys. Or you just need to plan a taxi ride by the office (if you are taking a taxi).What about leaving the keys inside the apartment (the door locks by itself)? As long as there is another set of keys for the cleaning people this can work fine.Despite all of this, we really enjoyed our time in Nice. Thanks for the great stay!

Tout ce qui est indiqué dans l'annonce est exact. Petit plus car l'appartement est récent, propre et très agréable et suffisamment équipé. Sauf les produits de 1ere nécessité : sucre, café, poivre... Il pourrait y avoir quelques produits de 1ere nécessité : sucre, café, sel, poivre, vinaigre, huile... plutôt que de mettre des chaussons qui doivent couter, ou du gel douche/savon car en général, on voyage avec ses propres produits d'hygiène alors que du sucre...non ! Et dommage aussi qu'en cas de problème technique comme nous avons eu, il n'y ait pas de technicien 7/7 mais heureusement la conciergerie est intervenue rapidement. Et vous n'y êtes pour rien, mais dommage aussi qu'il y ait eu des travaux le samedi à 9h00 du matin !

Le bonheur d’être à Nice

La situation géographique est un plus, proximité immédiate de tous les points d’intérêt Résidence très calme et reposante, la terrasse a été extrêmement appréciée Décoration de goût, literie très confortable. Les équipements sont très bien adaptés et complet pour des personnes âgées . Services proposés à côté très bien organisés (transfert aéroport/appartement) et appréciés ( nous sommes âgés de 73 et 89 ans) Tout était parfaitement pensé, Peut être mettre à disposition une essoreuse à salade , bien que la priorité n’était pas de faire de la grande cuisine !! Notre seul regret : ne pas être resté plus longtemps, nous nous sommes vraiment sentis comme chez nous !
