I had a lovely time at the appartment in June/July. I like swimming and had refreshing early morning swims. Shops were convenient and easy. There was a heatwave during my stay and the air conditioning worked very well to be comfortable. My sister stayed for 5 days and loved it too. Thank you so much for a lovely holiday

We were happy with this apartment!

My husband and I really enjoyed our two-week stay in this apartment. We would gladly stay here again if we get to come back to Nice one day. The view of the sea was wonderful. The apartment had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. The location was ideal for us.

Fabulous view!

Great view and great location, can get everywhere easily by tram or bus to explore Nice and the surrounding areas Rosaline gave us a great welcome and our stay was comfortable. The photos are a true reflection of the apartment. There is no hot tub as stated in the information. Beautiful view of the promenade and sea from the apartment and balcony. Would stay again! Wonderful vacation

Nice flat with everything we needed, beach over the road, amazing morning coffee with fresh croissants from the bakery close to flat and with the view to the sea. Nice walks to the old city along the promenade. Very nice host, thank you, Roseline!

Perfect place in Nice!

The place itself was very cozy and the view was phenomenal. The bed was comfortable, the tram was a few steps away from the door and the location couldn't have been better. Roseline was a gracious and accommodating host and I would recommend to everyone.

We booked for two weeks and did not want to return home. It was en excellent location.

We booked for 2 weeks and did not want to leave. Excellent location with easy access to tram, train and bus transportation. We would definately book here again on our next stay in Nice. Everything you need is provided by Madame and when WiFi seemed to fail one day she immediately came to the rescue to fix it. She met us upon arrival and also as we left. We adored the location and the experience. Pateserie, boulangerie and grocerie all only 1/2 block away. Absolutely the best.

Roseline was fantastic

Roseline was helpful from the minute I arrived at the airport with instructions on how to get to her place. She gave me bus and train routes a locations saving me for a lot of walking. The bakery and grocery was just around the corner and the location is 500 feet to " The Miami Cabana" restaurant with lounge beach chairs and umbrellas, the best on the beach. the balcony overlooks most of the Riveria . I travel solo and her apartment worked out perfect for me. Roseline will help in any way possible to make your visit memorable.

Otroligt bra liten lĂ€genhet med underbar utsikt och perfekt lĂ€ge. Det Ă€r ca 3 km in till centrala Nice, och det Ă€r en fin promenad lĂ€ngs stranden in. Orkar man inte gĂ„ gĂ„r otaliga bussar direkt utanför (kostar 1.50€ st) eller sĂ„ hyr man en blĂ„ cykel i de mĂ„nga stĂ€llen som finns lĂ€ngs promenaden och inne i stan. Buss 200 gĂ„r utanför och tar en till Antibes eller Cannes (varning för att bussen tar lĂ„ng tid pga all trafik). Vill man Ă„ka till Monaco med buss 100 fĂ„r man först ta sig till hamnen. LĂ€genheten Ă€r liten men har allt och lite dĂ€rtill, bland annat strandmadrasser, stradhanddukar och ett parasoll. Mycket bra wi-fi. BĂ€ddsofforna var förvĂ„nansvĂ€rt sköna att sova i. Ägarna, Roseline och hennes man Ă€r mycket trevliga och tog emot oss nĂ€r vi kom. Runt hörnet finns en liten supermarket och ett bageri samt ett par pizzerior. Ska man komma pĂ„ nĂ„got negativt sĂ„ Ă€r Promenade des Anglaise en högtraffikerad vĂ€g sĂ„ rĂ€kna inte med nĂ„gra tysta kvĂ€llar pĂ„ balkongen. Balkongdörrarna ljudisolerade dock bra (vi var dĂ€r nĂ€r Frankrike vann VM-guld). Den fantastiska utsikten övervĂ€ger dock ljudet frĂ„n trafiken. Vi kommer gĂ€rna tillbaka!

Beautiful apartment. Rosaline and her husband were very helpful hosts. They gave us great information about the apartment and the local area and Rosaline collected us from the airport and brought us back . Altogether a great stay would definitely try to book this apartment if we are lucky enough to return to Nice.

Excellent location/warm welcome

The owners at this location are welcoming, engaging and overall incredibly hospitable. The rental itself has an amazing view of the promenade des Anglais and the baie des anges. There are several grocery stores close by and there is a boulangerie right behind the building. Miami beach is across the street (you can see it from you balcony) and is nice because it's not as crowded as some of the other beaches. The owners made sure that I had everything I needed and the apartment comes equipped with everything you would need for cooking or just enjoying a coffee. I would highly recommend this rental.

Appartement bien placé, transports en commun devant et derriÚre l'immeuble. Commerces à proximité. Possibilité de stationner la voiture gratuitement mais il faut aller sur les collines derriÚre. Pour finir, vue superbe sur la mer avec ce petit balcon !

Appartamento di fronte alla spiaggia

L'appartamento ha un'ottima posizione in quanto consente l'accesso immediato alla spiaggia, inoltre nelle vicinanze Ăš presente sia la fermata autobus sia la fermata tram. Vicino Ăš presente un Carrefour Express, una pizzeria e un'ottima boulangerie dove degustare le specialitĂ  tipiche di Nizza. L'host ci ha accolti dandoci tutte le spiegazioni. La promenade des anglais Ăš piena di vita sia di giorno che di notte.
