Apartment completely renovated, on the first floor, located in a quiet, secure residence. It is crossing between the sea and the indoor park raised, upscale, decoration, equipment, bedding new, feet in the water with a direct access to the beach which remains confidential, without road to cross, being at Marina Bay Angels (exceptional location), spacious 75m2. It has two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets: a master suite, king size bed, with toilet and bathroom with shower, adjoining wardrobes, the 2nd spacious bedroom. A spacious living room / living room separated from the 2nd bedroom by a sound mobile wall partition, the two rooms that can be opened, are equipped with a bed sofa type rapido upscale comfort bedding firm for sleeping 2 people each.
A terrace of 26 m2 South-East, with sight on the sea and beach, runs along all the accessible apartment of stay and rooms.
An entrance with cupboard gives on all parts.
A second bathroom with shower and a separate second toilet. An open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven and traditional, hotplate ... All the bedding is new and of very good quality firm comfort.
