Villa with an area of approximately 125 m², composed on the first floor of a large living/dining room, an open and equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed 140 and a bathroom/shower and toilet. Upstairs, a second bedroom/master suite with 160 cm bed, bathroom/bath with separate toilet, easily accessible by a beautiful rounded staircase. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large combined fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee makers (filter and espresso), induction hob, oven and microwave. Desk with printer and wifi at your disposal. Linen is provided, small appliances at your disposal (hairdryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner).

The large semi-shaded terrace and the flat garden of about 500 m² offer you an impregnable view of nature and the surrounding hills with exceptional sunshine naturally heating our 8m x 4m free-form swimming pool with lagoon color. The accommodations are composed of a large attic bedroom with separation for a large futon bed in 160 and another in 90, large living room, television, sofa with coffee table, table and its 4 chairs, an American kitchen with all the necessary equipment, a shower room. Plenty of storage.
