Gastgeber war eher überrascht als ich pünktlich vor der Tür stand. Keine Vorbereitung. Verschlissene und eher schlecht ausgestatte Unterkunft. Oberes Stockwerk, eigentlich nicht nutzbar, man geht eine Leiter hoch, um dann durch einen Durchgang der ca. 1,32 m lichte Höhe hat. Viel Spaß!!!! Es gab eine halbe Toilettenpapierrolle vom Vormieter, mehr nicht. Ein Messer was auch schneidet gibt es nicht. Extra zu bezahlende Bettwäsche, ist dann Kopfkissenbezug und Bettlaken, mehr nicht. Auf dem "Zettel" zur Beschreibung der Unterkunft steht auch, dass sie eigentlich am Vorabend den Kühlschrank abtauen müssen. Der TV, alles auf Französisch was vollkommen in Ordnung ist!!, hat nun fast alle Farben verloren. Stellen sie sich ein Bild stattdessen hin. Klicken sie weiter, und suchen was vernünftiges, das haben sie im Urlaub verdient. Und noch schlimmer ist FeWo, die sich für keinerlei Regress verantwortlich sieht!!! MfG

Leider nicht empfehlenswert

Obergeschoss (Schlafgelegenheit) ist eigentlich nicht benutzbar. Eingangsraumhöhe ca. 1,35m!! Die Treppe nicht normal begehbar. Sehr lustloser Empfang und Übergabe. Hoher Instandsetzungsrückstau im Objekt allgemein. Die Gegend ist sehr schön. Nur für mich, ein leider "unvergesslicher "Urlaub, So etwas hatte ich noch nicht gesehen. Schade!! Apropos Service: Für Bettwäsche und Handtuch bezahlt man vor Ort extra in bar. Erhält dann nicht einmal eine vollständige Garnitur. Verständigung schwierig!!

Excellent rapport qualité, prix !!!

Pour la troisième nous retrouvons avec Nous avons retrouver pour la troisième fois avec bonheur notre location au Jardin de Matisse à Vence. L'appartement est fonctionnel et dispose d'une grande terrasse. La résidence est très calme. Les jardins sont très beaux. La piscine est un grand atout à partir du mois de mai. C'est un lieu idéal pour explorer cette magnifique région. Nous recommandons vivement.

Preis-Leistung unschlagbar - Kleinkinder nicht erwünscht

Das Apartment ist sehr, sehr klein, aber das wussten wir vorher. Für den Preis alles wunderbar und mehr darf man auch nicht erwarten. Es ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt, um die schöne Côte d‘Azur zu erkunden. Urlaub mit Kleinkindern würden wir hier allerdings eher nicht empfehlen. Es ist eine Apartmentanlage, die hauptsächlich von Einheimischen bewohnt wird, die es sehr gerne ruhig haben. Das kann man mit Kindern (Terrasse an Terrasse, alles sehr hellhörig) nicht immer gewährleisten. Hier haben wir uns einigen Kommentaren ausgesetzt gesehen, die uns kein willkommenenes Gefühl vermittelt haben. Im Pool darf man zudem nicht spielen geschweige denn mal einen Wasserball mit reinnehmen. Schon schaut der Hausmeister um die Ecke, um die Regeln der Anlage durchzusetzen. Das Bad des Apartments geht übrigens vom Kinderzimmer ab - auch nicht gerade praktisch. Fazit: Wie gesagt, für den Preis unschlagbar und wir hatten eine tolle Woche. Mit Kindern würden wir hier aber nicht wieder herkommen. Die Gastgeber hingegen waren sehr nett.

Inadapté pour des retraités

escalier "raide" dans l'annonce...ok mais au point de devoir descendre à reculons tellement c'est raide et marche pas très large !!!! de plus obligé de se baisser en arrivant en haut de l'escalier car poutre en bois , ça c'est pas précisé dans l'annonce!!!! Dans la mezzanine obligé également de se baisser !!!on ne tient pas debout !!! Pas de clim , qu'un ventilo pour le rez de chaussée et l'étage avec cette chaleur c'était intenable !!!! On s'est dit "pour une semaine ça ira" mais quand même !!!

Absolut nicht den Fotos entsprechend

Die Wohnung weicht stark von den Fotos ab. Wir haben die Wohnung dreckig übergeben bekommen und ein nachträgliches Säubern wurde nicht durchgeführt. Ob nun Stockflecken / Schimmel im Bad oder die schlechte Raumaufteilung luden nicht zum verweilen in der Unterkunft ein.

Appartement et emplacement agréable et surtout la personne d'accueille très agréable. TRES IMPORTANT. je garde les coordonnées pour un prochain séjour. seul petit bémol, le velus na pas de rideaux noir pour empêché la lumière du matin de rentrée. je donne une note de 9 sur 10.

Documents de voyage, accueil à l'arrivée , pas de surprises , tout était ok . Concernant l'appartement, équipé correctement , bien conçu, terrasse agréable, un rafraichissement des peintures serait nécessaire pour que tout soit parfait ! Nous avons néanmoins passé un bon séjour ...

met name de trap naar het slaapgedeelte was een lastige hindernis, vanwege steilte en beperkte hoogte bij overgang van trap naar slaapdeel
