Beautiful hotel, on-site parking for no extra charge and the staff couldn't be better. We were a little late in arriving and the hotel sent a text and called to give us the access code to get in if we arrived after reception had closed.

Comfortable room, free parking, swimming pool

The hotel is a short walk from Vence centre, it offers free on-site parking. Nothing fancy about the room but it was a comfortable stay for us. The swimming pool is quite nice, as well as garden area where you can sit and relax. Room comes with a balcony with table and chairs which is a great feature.

I chose this hotel for a stopover during a 2 days journey. So my decisions was based on the factors 'location' (= in the middle of my journey) and 'price'. The hotel is a good, plain 3-stars choice. It's clean, it's comfortable, but expect no 'luxuries'. The staff was very friendly. Only tiny downside: breakfast at 8am was too late for me. You need a ca. 15mins by foot to Vence's village centre.

Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant and comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and having a washer and dryer on-site was a fantastic convenience that made a big difference during our trip. The staff were excellent — friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Communication was generally okay, though there’s room for improvement in clarity and responsiveness. One small issue was with the location: the address on Google Maps led us to the back of the hotel, which was a bit confusing. A heads-up or clearer directions from the hotel would have helped avoid that. Parking on the street felt safe and accessible, which was a nice bonus. Overall, a very good experience and we’d definitely consider staying again.

Une belle atmosphère au Floréal. La chambre est fonctionnelle, le petit balcon qui donne sur le jardin central est bien agréable. Dommage juste que la pleine saison n'aie pas encore commencé (28 mai) du coup pas de possibilité de dîner sur place.

Un accueil qui surprend. Dès l’arrivée, obligation de déplacer immédiatement son véhicule dans la rue ou sur un parking public, sinon impossible de procéder à l’enregistrement… sauf à payer immédiatement 12 € de parking. Pas même le temps de déposer les valises. Attention également : il semble exister deux catégories de “chambres supérieures” (supérieure et “supérieure +”). Soyez vigilant lors de la réservation, car toute remarque ou demande d’explication semble très mal perçue, au point d'être rapidement “blacklisté” par l’hôtel. Autre point étonnant : selon les propos tenus sur place, les commentaires négatifs des clients “n’auraient pas d’importance” puisqu’ils auraient la possibilité de les faire supprimer. Il nous a également été clairement indiqué que, ayant réservé via Expedia à tarif réduit, nos réclamations ne seraient pas traitées de la même manière qu’une réservation effectuée en direct. Dommage, car lors d’un précédent séjour en basse saison, l’expérience avait été correcte.
