All your basic needs for a good holiday

This property is basic but has all the mod cons to feel comfortable, coffee maker, washing machine, good shower, great beds, WiFi, etc. It is located at 20 minutes walk ratio from all amenities plus the main rail station, if you are into walking this property is for you. Historical area with amazing landmarks. A great bakery is just 3 min down the road and the neighbourhood is very friendly and polite. I will miss this apartment.

L'appartement est spacieux, les lits sont confortables même le convertible qui a un vrai matelas. Tout était propre. Le balcon est un plus. Grand et au calme. Attention le garage est petit, éviter les grosses voitures. Mon 3008 rentre tout juste.

Kleine Ferienwohnung die den Erwartungen entspricht. Sehr praktisch Eingerichtet. Die einzigen Mankos sind für 4 Personen ( zu kleine Töpfe, zu kleiner Wasserkocher, und das Geschirr sollte mal erneut werden..

Comme indiqué lors de l'évaluation la communication locale est a revoir . Manque d'écoute et de politesse. Le lut pour bebe avait des tâches de moisi et dépourvu de matelas . Dommage compte tenu de son prix journalier.

Ruim, maar erg basic

Ruim appartement voor 2 personen, wel erg basic met goed bed en fijn balkon. Weinig servies en bestek. Het appartement kan wel een opknapbeurt / renovatie gebruiken. Keuken oogt smoezelig, de kastdeurtjes zijn vies net als de badkamer. De rugkussens op de stoelen en bank buiten zijn helemaal versleten. Onhandig dat de sleutel elders in de stad gehaald en ingeleverd moet worden, en onpersoonlijke service van Interhome via een sleutelkluisje.

De kwaliteit van de bedden is prima ( zetelbed en bed in kamer ) . De uitrusting van de keuken is pover : weinig keukengerief ( 5 grote borden , weinig lepels en messen , geen mixer ....) , niet goed functionnerende kookplaat , goede wasmachine . Pover wasrek . Ook de badkamer is maar zus en zo ( oude kranen , povere doucheknop , geen stopsels voor bad en wasbak ...) . Rugkussens op terras versleten . Kwaliteit vd schoonmaak kon beter . Het app is wel volledig herschilderd .

Un ventilateur dans le salon La place de parking est pour une petite voiture 20/25 min de la promenade des anglais Quartier calme La remise des clés se fait à 1,7km de l'appartement

Une belle promesse que ce "clos tranquille", mais vite déçue par le bruit incessant de la circulation, sauf entre minuit et 6 heures. Vivre les fenêtres fermées et sans profiter du balcon terrasse n'est pas intéressant à Nice. La vue depuis le balcon sur les arbres et jardins de la résidence est pourtant belle. Instruments de cuisine a minima. Accueil Interhome en agence donc pas pratique ni pour l'aller ni pour le retour. La télé ne marche pas bien. Literie excellente en revanche.

'Tranquille' is dit appartement niet, er is van twee kanten verkeerslawaai. Sleutel zelf op te halen én terug te brengen naar Interhomekantoor, heel onhandig. Niet genoeg bestek, we hebben zelf een set bijgekocht. Ook te weinig handdoeken/badlakens, extra exemplaren moesten we ophalen tegen betaling in het kantoor.

Très belle appartement

Nous avons passés un très bon séjour dans cet appartement, très spacieux et très bien équipé. Le quartier est plutôt calme pour une ville comme Nice, ne donnant pas directement sur la rue on peut facilement se poser tranquillement sur le balcon le soir ou en journée. La résidence est très propre et très pratique avec un accès à un garage souterrain pour laisser sa voiture en sécurité durant le séjour.

Le quartier est plutôt calme pour une ville comme Nice, ne donnant pas directement sur la rue on peut facilement se poser tranquillement sur le balcon le soir ou en journée. La résidence est très propre et très pratique avec un accès à un garage souterrain pour laisser sa voiture en sécurité durant le séjour.
