Large bright studio located in the heart of Cagnes sur Mer 300 meters from the beach and opposite the racecourse in a quiet residential area with all amenities.

Housing
Well exposed apartment completely renovated in a secure and well maintained residence.
Decorated and arranged with taste, it offers all modern comforts.
It is composed as follows:
An entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) with all cooking utensils, a large living room with a double bed and a sofa bed opening onto a balcony for lunch , and a comfortable bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Passenger access
- On your arrival, you will be welcomed by a concierge, who will ensure the smooth running of your stay (professional cleaning, installation of hotel quality sheets and towels, handing over of the keys). He will also be present for your departure. These services are included in the cleaning costs.
- Travelers have access to all rooms of the apartment and can use all the equipment as they wish.
