This impressive, large, well equipped and newly renovated villa in its own private grounds is located in Coaraze, listed as one of "Les plus beaux Villages de France", one of the most beautiful perched villages of France. Escape the crowds and enjoy complete privacy surrounded by nature, only 35 minutes away from the airport, Monaco and the beaches of Nice and Villefranche-sur-Mer, and just 25 minutes from central Nice with its shops, restaurants and museums and beaches. The villa sleeps up to 8 people (3 double beds and one double sofa bed) and has two terraces and a balcony all offering breathtaking views over the valley and mountains, a large swimming pool (heating for an additional fee), private gardens, multiple olive terraces, private parking and complete privacy. Start your day with an energising morning yoga session as the sun rises (yoga mats provided!). Enjoy an outdoor game of boules (petanque) or table tennis under the vines. Relax with a glass of wine and play a game of table football or billiards. Or go for an evening swim in the illuminated pool. Listen to the frogs singing at night on the banks of the river Paillon, watch the eagles circling overhead, and breathe in the freshest of air at 600m above sea level. At night the air is cool and clear - no need for air conditioning.

Coaraze is a beautiful perched medieval village bordering on the Parc National du Mercantour , one of France's largest national parks where you can enjoy long walks in the mountains, wild water swimming, zipline adventure parks between the pine trees, mountain-biking, visit the Vallee des Merveilles, and so much more. There are many other stunning ancient villages within an easy drive, including Contes, Eze-Village, Luceram, Berre Les Alpes, Sospel and Peillon, to name but a few, offering history, folklore and excellent traditional cuisine. The beaches and seaside villages of theCote d'Azur: Villefranche, Eze sur Mer, Beaulieu, Antibes, Roquebrune, Cannes etc. are all within easy distance, as is Grasse, recognised as the perfume capital of the world. Take a trip in the other direction to visit the old town and gardens of Menton, or cross the border to the vibrant Italian town of Ventimiglia with its colourful markets and pretty old town, also less than an hour away.
