Very central, with a clean room. For the price, this is a great central location with clean, functional rooms and helpful staff. There are no in-room safes, but they do provide a kettle and toiletries. We were on the same floor as the small dining area, which wasn't a problem but could be if you are sensitive to muted noise. I would have liked an additional lock on the door as we were next to the dining facilities. For the price and location, I would stay here again.

The room was fit for one person. Bathroom was very small. Shower faucet was big for the shower space. I would touch it and it would become too cold or too hot. No space to put the luggage on.

Fabulous location for the promenade, shops, bars and restaurants. Trams run right outside, 10 mins leisurely walk to the station and tram link to the airport is 5 mins away. A lovely little boutique hotel.

The hotel was right on Place Massena in the heart of Nice. Great staff took care of all your needs and very friendly. Rooms were nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable. We will come again here.

We had the balcony room. Only one in the hotel. It was pretty incredible to sit out there each night and watch the people. The location cant be beat!! The staff was always friendly. The room could definitely use some work. Door knobs falling off, almost no hot water and just the over all condition of the workmanship. This hotel has soooo much potential. Just needs a bit of TLC. Overall i would stay hear again for the price point.

Great hotel

Great hotel took some finding just a door in the wall no parking outside ended up carrying suitcase from car park but when you opened the shutters the fountain was 100 feet away amazing
