The Domaine des Petites Sœurs is a Remarkable Heritage site 800m from the historic centre, its restaurants and entertainment.
Sisters have lived there for the last 50 years in this stone building from 1804.

On arrival, you will find a welcome bottle, capsules for the coffee maker and sweets.

Leisure activities are spread over the 5200m² park: badminton, swing, table tennis, darts, giant mikados, 10mx5m above-ground swimming pool in season.
The site is a haven of peace where nature reminds us.

The studio and the estate are non-smoking places for the comfort and safety of all.

The studio is located in the main freestone building in the heart of an estate with multiple species of trees to which you will have access for your leisure time

The apartment of more than 22m2 has a 160x200 bed with wardrobe, dresser and television. The addition of a travel cot is possible on request.

The space is very bright thanks to its 2 large windows overlooking nature with a glimpse of the sea or wood depending on the season. Dining area for 2 people.

The adjoining and equipped kitchen has a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a 2-burner ceramic hob and a sink.
You will also find a dishwasher, a fridge and a microwave.

In the kitchen cupboards you will also find tea bags and herbal teas, oil, salt, pepper, pasta and rice in addition to all the standard accessories in a kitchen

The bathroom, very bright with its 2 windows, has a cast iron bathtub of the time, a sink, a heated towel dryer, toilet and washing machine. Bathroom separated from the bedroom by a beautiful atypical door.

Nice airport is 20 minutes away by car and motorway access is 15 minutes from the house. Vence also has a bus station 20 minutes walk from the house if you arrive by bus.

We are 5 minutes by car from Saint-Paul-de-Vence and ideally located between Monaco & Cannes.
