La chambre est très petite, difficile à manoeuvrer et la lampe sur la table de chevet était brisé. L’ascenseur n’a fonctionné que le jour de notre arrivée, en panne pour le restant de la semaine. Même si on nous avait garanti que quelqu’un serait là pour nous aider à descendre nos valises dans les marches le jour de notre départ, personne ne s’est présenté. Séjour correct pour le prix mais je ne recommanderais pas pour plus qu’une nuit ou deux.

Restaurant next door and bakery around the corner. Lift was broken the whole of our stay but the staff did their best to help - carried luggage etc. We were informed the day before but would have struggled to find another room.

Everything was great, room was awesome, hotel was conveniently located. HOWEVER the elevator broke on the first day and never got fixed. We were on the seventh floor and had to climb 139 steps, several times a day. On our last day we arranged for help bringing our luggage down but help did not show up. We are 74 and 71 years old and lucky to not suffer a heart attack. An apology and a refund would be greatly appreciated.

Yes supermarket nearby, air con was cold when we required it. Balcony nice and view. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Floor in room could have been cleaner (we found hairs that were not ours when we arrived). Room was not ready at check in time which was disappointing. Tissues ran out and they were not replaced even though I left the empty box in full view. Could do with a bit more soundproofing from street noise. Coffee machine in reception area was very cramped. Would suggest moving it to a more open area as right next to the lift is not appropriate. Good idea of luggage lockers in basement. We used this service.

The hotel had terrible service. No one at the reception desk for many hours. You need to call them and they don’t help you at all, they do the barely minimum. The call center is not polite. I decided to stay a day longer in Nice at the same hotel, I booked it, and then I had to do check out and a new check in, leaving the room and wait for 5 hours until I get a possibility to go to the a room or I would pay for the hours as a late check out. It’s insane. The hotel doesn’t has enough lockers so you need to call again to someone save your luggage in another room. it doesn’t worth it.

The hotel was in a fantastic location and really easily to get everywhere. The hotel itself was okay, we stayed in room 701 on the top floor - the balcony made the hotel a lot better and it was overlooking the sea. The room itself felt a bit dirty, and was very dusty. The room was also very small, I would recommend the hotel for a 3 night stay but no longer.

Dejligt hotel med super placering. Vi fik ved ankomsten information om kun skift af håndklæder og afhentning af af affald. Lidt mere kaffe til værelset kunne have været rart. Der var meget få store kopper i receptionen.
