Located near Antibes (2 km from Marineland), equidistant from Nice and Cannes.<br><br>Enjoy the on-site restaurants and shops, and relax on the pebble or sandy beaches at Thalassoleil (spa).<br><br>Nearby activities: jet skiing, scuba diving, boat and bike rides, children’s parks “Village des Fous” and “Bois des Lutins,” escape rooms, laser tag…<br>Accommodation:<br><br>Fully renovated in July 2022. Close to the DUCAL building reception desk.<br><br>Living area with a double bed, a fold-out single bed, a fold-down table for 4 people, an armchair, a Smart TV, an air conditioner (pending approval to install a reversible air conditioning system after the summer), a ceiling fan, and a large closet with hanging space.<br><br>Nice kitchenette with all the utensils you need to prepare your meals, a 2-burner induction cooktop, and a microwave.<br><br>Shower room with a touch of green in keeping with the studio’s theme, featured in the vanity unit, shower, toilet, and handheld showerhead.<br><br>This studio is located at the end of the hallway. There are no immediate neighbors to its right.
