The apartment is located in the heart of the old town of Nice, on a very quiet street with no shops, overlooking Garibaldi Square.
Probably the best location in Nice for your stay: 5 minutes on foot from the beach, the port, the flower market and the famous "Place Masséna" and the Promenade des Anglais. 1 minute on foot from the "Coulée verte" (green spaces, fountains and benches to relax) and Garibaldi Square.
This charming newly renovated apartment is also very close to all public transport: tram stop 1 minute on foot away (direct airport connection), taxi rank at the foot of the building, train station 15 minutes by tram. You also have the possibility to easily park your vehicle in the paid car park "Promenade des Arts" located 100 metres from the apartment.
You only have to put down your luggage and enjoy your stay: the cleaning is done just before your arrival, bed and bath linens are provided, as well as welcome products for your arrival.
