Convenient and good amenities

Overall a very pleasant stay. Unfortunately the place initially had not been cleaned by my arrival, but was done a few hours later. Convenient, short walk to Old Nice, port and beach. Right opposite convention centre. Particularly appreciated the combined washer/dryer. Reliable wifi.
