Welcome to your Mediterranean escape, a beautiful villa with air conditioning tucked away at the end of a secure private domain in Valbonne. Surrounded by lush gardens and overlooking the rolling hills and woodlands of the Côte d’Azur, it offers both peace and privacy while keeping you close to the glamour of the Riviera.

The villa is thoughtfully designed to offer comfort and space for groups. On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright entrance hall, two inviting living rooms with fireplaces, a dining room with its own fireplace, a fully equipped open kitchen and a veranda featuring a fireplace and dining area. This level also includes a bedroom with a 180x200 cm double bed (which can be separated into two 90x200 cm beds) and an en-suite bathroom: shower, double sink, and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, you’ll find four additional bedrooms: three feature 180x200 cm double beds, with one offering an ensuite bathroom complete with a shower, bathtub, double sink, and toilet. There is also a spacious family room furnished with four 140x200 cm beds and two 180x200 cm double beds. This floor includes two more bathrooms, each with a shower, sink, and a separate toilet.

Air conditioning, a washing machine, tumble dryer, and additional fridge-freezer add to your convenience, while the garden is furnished with loungers, a parasol, and a lounge set for outdoor relaxation. Guests also have access to a shared tennis court and table tennis.

The location could not be better. Within minutes you can reach the golden beaches of the Riviera or explore the vibrant towns of Cannes, Nice, and Antibes. Golf courses and tennis courts are nearby, and for a change of pace you might spend the day wandering the cobblestone streets of Valbonne or dining by the waterfront in Antibes. The villa’s gated setting ensures both security and tranquility, making it easy to enjoy the best of the French Riviera while having a private retreat to return to.

The centerpiece of the property is a private 12 x 6-meter swimming pool with a water alarm, perfect for cooling off on sunny afternoons. Multiple terraces catch the light throughout the day, giving you the choice of enjoying your morning coffee in the sun or raising a glass of wine as the sky turns golden at sunset. Inside, colorful décor and spacious living areas with fireplaces create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for families and friends looking to relax together in style.

This villa accepts dogs upon request, with a small extra fee of fifteen euros per night.

Because the neighbors are very close, parties are strictly forbidden in the property, outside guests are not accepted and it is not possible to make noise outside after 9:00 pm

You will need to inform our reception manager of your expected arrival time one week in advance. She will remain reachable and available if needed throughout your stay
