This luxury villa is located in the famous gated Domaine des Clausonnes which is located close to the historic town of Biot. The four main bedrooms have underfloor heating and wall mounted air conditioning units (cooling and heating). Two bedrooms have UK King beds (150cm x 200cm), one has a superking bed (180cm x 200cm) and one has two single beds (that can be made into a double if preferred). The fifth bedroom (with two single beds) is a cute bedroom on the mezzanine floor-it is a loft room with restricted head height so better suited for smaller guests. It also has air conditioning as does the living room.

There are 3 large terraces all with stunning views, an outdoor dining area (seats 10) with outdoor barbecue and pizza oven-perfect for summer dining by the heated saltwater pool! The garage has a table tennis. The villa is only 10 minutes drive to the sandy beaches of Antibes and 25 minutes from Nice airport. The perfect villa for a relaxing break and the perfect base for exploring the surrounding areas.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned villa, which features a fireplace and a private pool. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. A Smart television along with a DVD player are provided for your entertainment.
