Appartement à l 'architecture bien agencée avec une belle vue de la terrasse.Par contre ( eh oui) -Odeur d'égouts très très prononcée et persistante tout le séjour dans la salle de douche -La chambre avec le clic clac ( cassé pour être plié )trop petite. Il faut se coucher sur le lit pour rentrer dans la chambre ! et pour pour faire le lit aussi !- Fuites d'eau pour les lavabos ( salle d'eau et toilettes ) dans les tiroirs des meubles dessous d' où impossibilités d ' y ranger votre nécessaire de toilettes .- Les portes de la penderie dans la 2éme chambre ne coulissent pas ( sortent des rails )-La porte fenêtre du séjour ne se verrouille plus-Antenne de la télé dans la chambre cassée-L'aspirateur ne fonctionne pas-Absence de grille -pain noté dans l inventaire .en conclusion il faudrait pour le prix , rendre l appartement plus adapté pour le locatif

Un quoique à l arrivé le ménage n été pas fait Belle appartement joliment décoré De nombreux rangements Bien équipé manque juste un micro onde Literie de la chambre confortable L accueil avec Jérôme au top La plage à 5 minutes pas besoin de prendre souvent la voiture car tout est à proximité
