This flat, located in the secured and quiet residence Les Hauts de Vaugrenier, at the heart of a superb and green 130 hectares park with view on the sea and the mountains, includes:
- a charming living-room,
- two beautiful balconies,
- a nice bedroom with double bed,
- a bedroom with bunkbeds,
- a very well-equipped kitchen: kettle, coffee machine, toaster, blender, microwave, oven, hotplates, fridge, freezer, dishwasher,
- a bathroom with a shower,
- vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, ironing equipment, washing machine, dryer,
- TV, Wifi, fan and air conditioning,
