Terrible

Unclean and unloved. The online pictures do not give a true representation. The lack of cleanliness, damaged furniture and the worst bed ever attempted to sleep in made for the worst stay anywhere ever. We complained and have been assured that things will change.

Poor state of decoration. Paintwork dirty especially around skirting. Shower room very mouldy in shower cabinet.Toilet bowl dirty. Dishwasher screws on door loose and unable to open. Lack of adequate crockery. Dining chairs dirty with sticky dirt. Screw sticking out of table leg. Had to put tape over it to stop injury.Very inconvenient arrangements to pick up and return key.

Mitigés

Bel emplacement sur la promenade des anglais à Nice mais très bruyant (voitures, avions). Heureusement que ce n'était pas l'été!!Batiment ancien, l'appartement est à cette image. Heureusement que l'équipe Interhome sur place est réactive et efficace (évier bouché, casseroles hors d'usage...). Cet appartement mériterait un sérieux rafraichissement pour être à la hauteur de ce quartier.

Schöne Wohnung an guter Lage

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Sie liegt im Stadtteil Fabron, direkt an der Promenade des Anglais und in der Nähe vom Flughafen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und wurde uns relativ sauber übergeben. Ich würde wieder buchen. Einziger Minuspunkt ist dass man den Schlüssel im Stadtzentrum abholen und am Abreisetag bis 10:00 Uhr dort auch wieder abgeben muss. Wir haben nur einen Schlüssel erhalten.

Passage à Nice

Appartement peu soigné avec une télévision qui ne fonctionnait pas à notre entrée. L'appartement n'est pas spécifiquement propre et sent le "renfermé" dès que l'on ne laisse pas les fenêtres ouvertes toute la journée. On ne savait pas non plus que la promenade des anglais était quasi une autoroute ce qui provoque donc une nuisance sonore permanente ne permettant pas réellement de profiter de la terrasse et nous a obligé à fermer les fenêtres la nuit.

Location pas nettoyée

Quand nous sommes arrivés le ménage des locataires précédents n'a pas été fait. Les draps et le linge de toilette toujours dans l'appartement. Nous n'avions pas le linge de lit propre. Après contact avec un responsable, on nous a apporté un jeu de draps propres, cependant personne n'est venu faire le ménage nécessaire.

Schoon, rustig appartement met fijn balkon. Alle apparatuur werkte goed. Kiezelstrand recht voor de deur, waar altijd plek genoeg was, ondanks hoogseizoen (augustus).

très bel appartement mais le système de remise et de reprise des clefs devrait être franchement amélioré, pas facile quand on vient en voiture d'aller chercher les clefs et les remettre quand on ne connait pas Nice, il faudrait prévoir cette remise et reprise des clefs directement à l'immeuble ( via coffre ou boîte aux lettres)
