I really liked the very central location of the hotel and friendliness of the staff. The room was clean and had everything I needed-the view of the Massena street, a comfortable bed, a stove, fridge and a microwave. I already stayed twice in the hotel and I am planning another stay this upcoming July. Kudos to the hotel team. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Our studio no 309 on the 3rd floor was very cleaned, spacious and well equipped with a kitchenette. The bathroom was large and very bright. The receptionists were efficient, professional and helpful always with a smile. The aparthotel is super well located in central Nice with a very short walk to promenade des anglais and all shops and restaurants. This aparthotel is ideal for short break in lovely city Nice.

Excellent front desk staff....room decor pleasant,very easy to use and enough kitchen equipment,although the welcome pack was minimal as were toileteries. Cleaning offered once for a 5 day stay, hiwever we could and did have fresh towels more often. Excellent central location.

Our first try at "aparthotel" and we really liked it being spacious with a bedroom and balcony, equipped with a kitchen, and so conveniently located just around the corner of Place Massena. So many top attractions nearby and so many restaurant options around the area! Staff was wonderful too with early check-in and helping resolve the safe issue...etc. Just note that the office is open only from 8am to 8pm! Will definitely book again when we re-visit Nice!

The main advantage of this accommodation is its centrality in Place Massena. Everywhere is walkable. Communication prior to our arrival was good, the welcome was genuinely warm and we found it ideal for a weeks stay in the city. That said the apartment was quite small and the kitchenette was functional for very basic meals. There was also a microwave but given the abundance of eateries in Nice we didn’t “ cook in”
