We had a very disappointing experience with this property.We arrived around 10:00 PM after a long day of travel and immediately found the apartment in unacceptable condition. The floor was dirty, the bathroom was not properly maintained, the sink was blocked, and two chairs were broken.More importantly, there was a serious safety issue with a broken staircase, which made the property unsafe — especially for a family stay.We reported the issues immediately and provided photos and videos. However, no practical solution was offered that night. We were left with no choice but to stay the night in poor conditions and spend a large part of the next day finding alternative accommodation.The most concerning part is that the host later confirmed they were already aware of the staircase issue, which raises serious concerns about why the property was still being rented without fixing a known safety problem.While we appreciate that the issue may have eventually been addressed, it did not help our stay in any way.Overall:Poor maintenance and cleanlinessSafety concerns that should have been fixed before rentingLack of immediate support or solutionWe had to leave the property and book another hotel at our own expense.I would strongly recommend that future guests carefully consider these points before booking.
