Dear holidaymakers,

Ideal for two couples of friends or a couple with two children, in the heart of the Bellet vineyards, in the famous village of Saint Roman, 15 minutes by car from the city center of Nice and the international airport, you can enjoy in complete independence a timeless stay and in absolute calm in the Villa ELEA, a bright building in Nice style nineteenth century built on a large terraced property of more than one hectare (swimming pool, lawns, olive trees, small wood etc...)

There are two twin bedrooms en suite and air-conditioned of 16m² each, with 2 independent shower rooms, large cupboards, storage space.
The rooms and bathrooms are absolutely new and decorated in a contemporary and high standard spirit.

The rooms are completed by private use:
- a large sunny and equipped terrace (sunbeds, table, chairs, garden furniture and plancha),
- a fully equipped kitchen (large fridge and freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, espresso machine, toaster, kettle, complete crockery etc...)
- a television and relaxation area (sofa and large Frame screen),
For a total surface area of 70m².

Reversible and ultra-quiet air conditioning.
Dedicated internet connection.

You will also benefit from direct access to:
- the heated swimming pool (12X6m, with safety shutter),
- the air-conditioned fitness room with shower (connected bike, connected elliptical bike, rowing machine, etc.),
- a route of 7 km or more for running or jogging, immediately at the foot of the property,
- various indoor games (French billiards) and various outdoor games (bowls, ping-pong table, etc.),
- at the parking lot.

Complete cleaning and change of bed linen and towels are carried out once a week, or more frequently as an option:
- Additional daily cleaning service: €40 per visit.
- flat-rate end-of-stay cleaning service: €100.

Many villages nearby and vineyard visits by reservation.

For all reservations, a deposit of 30% will be required and payment of the balance on arrival by check or cash.

Dommage que les propriétaires soient présents et qu il ne l ont pas précisé sur l annonce.

Nous étions logés dans un sous sol de la maison avec pour seule entrée des portes fenêtres accédant aux chambres. Le coin salon et cuisine est sans fenêtre ni aération. Donc obligé d allumer les lumières toute la journée et si vous voulez cuisiner attention aux plats nécessitant de la friture ou des grillades. Ça sent et pas possible d aerer Les propriétaires sont dans leur maison à l étage et nous n avons pas été à l aise du fait qu ils soient présents : pas libres de nos actes! Piscine que nous devions partager avec eux par exemple. Du coup on se baignaient que les matins… dommage que ça n a pas été précisé dès le départ…. Sinon l acceuil et le coin super !
