You'll love its pleasant garden, beautiful swimming pool and large terrace with plancha. A garden lounge under a pergola with mosquito net will be at your disposal to enjoy the beautiful Côte d'Azur evenings.
At the far end of the garden, an air-conditioned gym with fitness equipment is at your disposal.
Inside, the villa comprises on the garden level: an entrance hall with checkroom where you'll also find a safe, a vast living room with open kitchen and two bedrooms with double beds, each with its own bathroom.
On the ground floor: a bedroom with a 160cm sofa bed, bathroom and sauna, and a second bedroom with bathroom and dressing room.
Warning: please use plastic glasses when you are around the pool.

## Neighborhood
The villa is located in Villeneuve Loubet plage. It overlooks the sea and the Baie des Anges Marina. A shopping area lies between the villa and the sea, giving you easy access to all the shops on foot. The famous Baie des Anges Marina is just 800 m from the villa, so you can walk to the sea.
The Villeneuve Loubet train station is also nearby, making it easy to visit the Côte d'Azur without a car.

Two studios are located on the property (on the upper floor of the villa). They are not overlooked and everyone's privacy is preserved.
