It was spider webs in the room and flies. I didn't realize it the night that I checked in due to the fact it was night in the morning when I got up. Spider webs flies and on top of it I fell in the bathtub

Ladies on staff were really nice and friendly, but I think people live there- and if so, they shouldn’t rent rooms. Had a stench, comforters had cigarette burns.

The first room we were assigned to smelled so bad, we had to request a room change. It might have been mold, but we’re not sure. The 2nd room was better, but both bedspreads had multiple cigarette burn holes, the sheets and pillows were well-worn. No mattress pads. No hair dryer or iron/board. The tiny, thin, synthetic towels need to be replaced immediately. One looked a little dirty with a long HAIR stuck to it. The obligatory live spider was in its web over the sink.

This was the most disgusting motel I have ever seen. The entire place was gross from burnt filthy linens to the shady things going on outside. Do yourself a favor and DON'T book here. I took pictures and we left and couldn't even stay there. Went to Best Western and paid alot more due to the holiday weekend. Complaining offered no resolution or refund even though we didn't stay.

First room I went in had a broken toilet and burn holes in the comforter and had a nasty smell. The second room the ac barely worked and just did not feel clean. The door barely even shut right. A cop came patrolling multiple times so there must be something going on there.

Toilet and shower were clean. Everything thing else had not been cleaned. Beds were also uncomfortable. Was not able to find a towel without blood stains, even after going to front desk and asking for new ones. Outside the motel was also quite dirty and saw a dead rat.

We arrived very late and had planned to get some sleep before we finished our drive. The smell was horrible--smoky, musty, yuck! The bed linens had dirt on them, the sink was gross and we left! We have traveled extensively and stayed in some very basic rooms, but this place is dirty and you should consider that before you waste $80 as we did.

The room had an oder in it, even though it was clean. The smell was strong enough that it made the clean bedding smell as well. We could hear everyone outside and the beds were very uncomfortable. Both my kid and I woke up hurting because of how lumpy the bed was. The staff was nice during check in.

Motel is used by long term (months) rents that don’t have a place to live. Questionable clientele. Not dirty, but things could use replaced. Sink is peeling and stuff like that. What you would expect from a cheap motel.

Close to Mohegan Sun which was the reason for our visit. For the most part it was decently clean. Front desk staff was friendly. Parking was easy. Very convenient and decently priced.

The room smelled so bad we went and bought febreeze small spaces. The bed covering was stained along with any towels we got. There wasn’t even a clock in the room. There were burn holes in the blanket. The bed ran down hill … we asked house keeping for additional towels when they were to clean they didn’t clean or give us towels we had to go up and ask for towels .. the gal in office nice and the sheets on the bed clean…

We checked in, went up to the room and checked out and left immediately. Told desk we were leaving and didn’t use the room. Room smelled a combination of musty and cigarettes. Everything about this property was not clean nor safe. I would never have left my vehicle in that parking lot. Appears to be long term rentals. This should not be an Expedia listing and I have to wonder who reviewed this complex so it was rated.
