The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I had to change my room at one point, due to how loud the people above me were. Rooms were both very clean. The only complaint was that the doors all slammed really loud - so loud that it shook the the walls.

I prepaid for this stay with my Expedia for TD points and now I see I have a posted not pending charge by Hotel which I assume was the $100US deposit which is $140.34CAD. Now in TD app I cant message property directly and when they refund I will lose money with exchange. Was going to give 5 stars before this. I will correct this post if remedied with no additional charges. There is no way there are any damages. We were respectful guests. Please fix.
