The carpets in the room was dirty. The floor mat at the reception and elevator were dirty. The hotel smelled like hospital and even those they say it's a smoke free facility there were smoking smell all over the 3rd floor. No food labeling at the breakfast bar. I accidently ate "pork" sausage assuming it was "turkey" sausage. The only positive is the room was spaceous.

Dear [Customer Support Team], During my recent stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Niagara Falls (09/25–09/27/2025, Booking Ref: 89404EE044681), I was injured by a protruding iron rod from the cot frame in our room. We immediately reported this to the hotel staff, but no corrective action was taken, nor were we offered a safer room. Traveling with a toddler and elderly parents, this was extremely unsafe and distressing. At checkout, the hotel advised us to contact your company for resolution. The rooms were disgusting and falling apart. We travelled with extended family and had two joining rooms and both the rooms had major issues. My daughter's room the carpets were absolutely horrendous. Her 3 year old son was playing with toys on the carpet for a short period of time and when he got up his knees and front of his feet were black!! She had to lay towels on the ground. Our bed sheets had stains, and my husband found some kind of medical gauze wrapped in the sheets AFTER we had slept in them the night before!! I am usually not one to complain, and pretty tolerable of situations and not knit picking and understanding that hotels aren't perfect, however, this one I agree was not anywhere near suitable!
