I paid for clean up, and I guess I expected the place to be clean when we arrived. There was still trash behind the trash can in the kitchen, the smaller bathroom had an horrible odor that we could not get rid off, and there were other random small messes around. Not living in Europe, we had a very difficult time understanding how to read the utilities...a simple picture would have solved that issue. When we asked for more help, none was given. A local finally told us. The extra fee is a bit of a turn off when you already paid a fair/expensive price (and we hardly did anything in the house, only slept there). The layout of the place was great. I would not try to stay there with 8 people, but you can definitely be 4-6 (there would be no room for your luggage). The setting was absolutely gorgeous!
