This condo is set up with two bunk rooms. Bedroom one has a full bed with a single on top and another set of bunks. Bedroom two has two sets of bunks. There is a queen sleep sofa in the living area. Full kitchen is available for all of your meal needs. There is a ski locker available for renters to use. By the ski lockers there is coin operated washer and dryers. At North Peak there is an outdoor heated pool with nice locker rooms. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.

Great Time

Five friends were very comfortable in the Condo. The ski in / ski out location was great. The only problem was that the locker was not big enough to hold all of our equipment.

Great Access

Couldn't ask for a better location. We had two toddler (between 2-3) and the place we right next to the magic carpets which made it very easy for ski-in / ski-out access with toddlers.
