North Peak Condo Available February Vacation!

This a North Peak two bedroom condo sleeps 5. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other bedroom has three single beds. Fully equipped kitchen will make getting breakfast done so you can get that first chair in the morning. Gather around the gas fireplace after a long day on the slopes. This condo is located in building 1 which is the building closest to the pool building. Drive to the slopes and park your car and stay right here and enjoy the ski in ski out. Ski locker available in the ski storage area. There is also coin or card operated washers and dryers. The damage waiver fee of $150.00 is a non-refundable payment- which covers accidental damage up to the amount of $1500.00. This fee is processed in the overall costs of the rental at the time of booking.
~Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival: You’ll receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $50 processing fee.
If you cancel within 30 days of arrival: You’ll be refunded for any portion of your stay that is rebooked by another guest.

Can't beat the location!

Great location and very easy checkin/checkout process. Unit met all of our basic needs for a weeklong stay. The dishwasher was out of commission for our entire trip, and it would have been helpful if the owner's things were more consolidated/stored - it felt like we we were squeezing in amongst their things.

Cozy & Mostly Convenient

We loved our location near pool & main lift area! Basement storage area for skis etc was convenient too. Easy to park second car in overflow lot. Neighbors were quiet & building well maintained. We went to swim Wednesday night (our last night) & pool was covered & unusable. A sign on door told us to call a number before 8:30 and someone would be glad to take cover off. We called a few times, waited 15-20 minutes, and gave up. Our children were bummed to say the least. Only other negative was a persistent plumbing odor near building entrances & a non-working dishwasher. Cable signal also died on our last night so TV wasn’t usable. Next year we’d like to come back but aren’t sure based on pool availability. That was meant to be a treat for kids which was why we splurged on this condo complex. Other than that, beautiful resort & well appointed condo. We enjoyed the view of the trail and found the fireplace and rooms warm and cozy!

Perfect for family

The location was fantastic -very easy to ski in and out- lots of room to spread out - building was quiet. We all had a great time!
