My thanks to Regina for the great welcome. The place really is very well run, clean, good food but its the staff make it the place it is, including the dining room staff.However will someone please update the heating instructions as the weather turns cold ? Far more info is needed, I bet Regina could do it. For eg the first line is" to ensure the circle is in the rectangle " IF its not its not clear how to make it happen !! A small but important matter ! Thanks for everything else !

I and 3 friends staying there in Oct, from the very start the welcome was v positive. My 3 American friends enjoyed an evening meal and all us enjoyed a drink later on. The barman / night porter was most engaging and good fun. The breakfast was freshly cooked to order with great variety. The hotel is out of town and was very quiet. In fact I m returning again this week.

Fabulous Flagstaff

Fabulous hotel in lovely location. I could tell you about the great bedroom with very spacious bathroom with great towels. Both spotless. I could tell you about their excellent dinner menu & equally excellent breakfast. Instead I'll tell you about the staff. Every one of them from check-in to restaurant staff were friendly, knowledgeable & professional. A credit to the hotel.

Perfect place

I stopped here for a business trip but would definitely use again for business or pleasure. great location, plenty of parking, very friendly and helpful staff. easy check in / out, room was perfect. Dinner and breakfast as above - all perfect.

Friendly & quiet!

Good location for our needs. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was large and quiet despite weddings being held at the facility. Sloping car park was a challenge!
