Good Housekeeping Bond
We ask our guests for a £250 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay or if the parking permit is not left in the apartment on departure. Penthouse

Good sized penthouse in need of an update. We have stayed in many apartments and would not class this one as a luxury apartment as advertised. It felt a bit grubby in places and many of the drawers in the bedroom could not be opened. The furniture on the balcony was very old and rusty and needed replacing. Overall a good location but disappointing accommodation.

Great view but deferred maintenance

This condo had a remarkable view but it has some deferred maintenance and it just has the bare minimum in kitchen cooking utensils. The master shower is leaking at the connection, baseboards are falling over in the kitchen and while the furniture is adequate, it’s not very comfortable. If you want to cook, you will need to bring your own cookingware.
