The hotel is in a good location our room was 2nd floor with a fantastic view of the sea and local area our room was clean and tidy but needed a lot of updating ie cracked windows cigarette burns old shower the man on reception was excellent sorted out parking and helped us with our bags

The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The sea view rooms have great views. Location is also very convenient. But the fire alarm went off at 2am one of the nights and nearly gave me a heart attack. It went off again the same night and i’ve never been startled like that before.

Very polite staff but the property is very tired and not well maintained with 1 room not having any soap and beds be stored in the open at the stairwell. The rooms both needed a deep hoover around the edges. Parking is also very expensive at £10 a night with no guarantee of keeping the spot if you leave. The pictures of the rooms are not representative of the rooms received

I was in room 107. Was in the middle of leaving the room this morning when I could not get out as the lock was not working properly. This was very much a concern re fire evacuation and also I was late for work waiting for the night porter. Can you refund me as so not happy with this hotel. Please confirm the above.Thanks

Hotel in desperate need of refurbishment. Restaurant closed and full of rubbish bags, lobby smells like something has died, fire doors wedged open and many interior windows broken.

Absolutely disgusting property. Health and safety would have a field day. Hallways strewn with duvets, covers, towels. Dirty cups and empty cans. Leadsover the hallway floor. Matresses blocking hallways. No soap in dispensers for simple bathroom hygiene. No protective covers on mattresse, just a fitted sheet on top. Windows with no handles. 8 parking spaces that you can't prebook, but if you are lucky it costs £10 per night. DO NOT STAY HERE

The weather was amazing It’s been took over since April so the lift didn’t work. We only had one pillow but when we asked for another one they gave it to us.,the room didn’t get clean for the four days while we was there ,the tv didn’t work I was disappointed because I have been going there for the past five years but all said and done you have to give them a chance to sort everything out ,
