The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The sea view rooms have great views. Location is also very convenient. But the fire alarm went off at 2am one of the nights and nearly gave me a heart attack. It went off again the same night and i’ve never been startled like that before.

The hotel is in a good location our room was 2nd floor with a fantastic view of the sea and local area our room was clean and tidy but needed a lot of updating ie cracked windows cigarette burns old shower the man on reception was excellent sorted out parking and helped us with our bags

The weather was amazing It’s been took over since April so the lift didn’t work. We only had one pillow but when we asked for another one they gave it to us.,the room didn’t get clean for the four days while we was there ,the tv didn’t work I was disappointed because I have been going there for the past five years but all said and done you have to give them a chance to sort everything out ,

The hotel was dirty and there was nobody at the front desk. You had to call a number and wait for someone to come. The room was adequate, but smelled like a wet dog. The window was open in the room when I walked in and it had condensation on it. There were only a few parking spaces in the front, which were already reserved for other guests.

Staff smoking weed in the hotel. Hotel smells of weed and musky in different places. Room not cleaned until requested and then not cleaned properly. Broken window in room. Overall, the hotel was disgusting!!!!!

Very bad hotel, most of the things in the reception and lobby are broken. Carpets are really dirty, I mean this hotel and its room and carpets will redefine the meaning of unhygienic and filthy. The rooms are so smelly. We had to request for change of room and second room was equally smelly and dirty.

Nice hotel on the seafront, easy access to the beach and promenade. Staff very helpful and friendly; nice reception area with beach view and easy parking (booked in advance). Clean room, although no sea views, but only stayed one night and didn’t matter much. Will definitely book again.

Fire alarm went of once during each of my two nights stay Once at 1.30am and the other day at 3am in the middle of the night No one from the staff came to check on guests, no information given either Really unsafe process in place - doubt its compliant either … would be interesting to check Horrible stay and they refused to refund the stay while they could not even fulfil the minimum required from a hotel - being able to sleep basically Not recommending this place at all

The guy who worked at reception was excellent. He was very friendly and helpful. We arrived late around 8pm. When we booked in there was no parking left to use. The guy at reception said no problem you can use my parking space around the back, he said there was room for us and guided us around. He then waited at the back door and let us in to save us walking around to the front of this large hotel. Excellent service from a great and friendly guy. The hotel itself is very tired and run down. Our room was clean so we were not that bothered by it. It was very cheap for the night so bear that in mind you get what you pay for. If you’re easy going like us you wont care. We enjoyed our stay which was made better by the efforts of the friendly guy at reception.
