Superbly located on the edge of Newquay Golf Course, Bredon Court is a collection of modern, well-equipped apartments that offer guests all they need to enjoy a fantastic break in one of Cornwall’s most popular coastal towns.

With two large bedrooms (one of which being either twin beds or a king size on request), a light and bright open plan living area, and a lovely balcony with views over the golf course and towards Fistral, number 10 has ample space for four guests. There’s a well-designed kitchen for home cooking and two bathrooms including an ensuite shower room, and a contemporary family bathroom with a shower and separate bathtub, which is ideal for families with babies and younger children.

The famous Fistral Beach is just a short stroll from the doorstep where you can surf or sunbathe to your heart’s content. Or enjoy a scenic stroll along the South West Coast Path and enjoy the stunning sea views. Also nearby, the Gannel Estuary is an excellent place to be close to nature and if you’re partial to a picnic, this is the spot for it.

We ask our guests for a £150 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.

Lovely stay

Great position for the beach and great views. Large, light and spacious rooms and the gated parking and allocated space was ideal. We liked the fact that the town was only a 5 minute walk away. There were a few ceiling lights that were not working so we contacted Kevin and he promptly replaced the bulbs.

New Year in Cornwall

This property is in a super location, overlooking Newquay golf course and the sea beyond. Everything we needed was in the property. The furnishings and appliances were in great condition. Good experience all round.

Fantastic location in the heart of Newquay

Fantastic location with everything you need for a great family holiday. Close to town centre and local shops, bars, restaurants and beach all within ten minutes walk. The property was well appointed with everything you need for a longer stay. All rooms are spacious with lots of storage for a busy family. Some aspects of the property were showing their age and in need of an update. The French windows in the main bedroom were impossible to open & close and had to remain closed and locked for the two week stay, leaving no ventilation in the room. The blinds in the main bedroom were damaged and difficult to close. Blinds in both bedrooms had long floor to ceiling cords that would be a health and safety/choking concern for families with young children. The washer/dryer broke one week in leaving us to find an alternative way to wash our clothes for the second week. The local agent was approachable and had the machine assessed but they couldn't complete a repair. No support was offered to assist with getting our clothes washed and no compensation offered. The apartment block was in excellent condition and well maintained, although the apartment could do with a deep clean. The apartment also felt noisy at times as you can hear footsteps upstairs and ever door closing. Parking was a little tight but having allocated parking with gated entry is a massive plus.
