My stay at Sleep Inn Suites was extremely disappointing. The floors were dirty, the tub had hair left in it, and the entire room had a bad odor that made it uncomfortable to stay in. On top of that, there were no screens on the windows, which made the room feel unsafe and unsanitary. I ended up leaving early because the conditions were unacceptable, and I wasn’t even able to get my money back. Cleanliness and basic comfort should be the bare minimum for any hotel — unfortunately, this location failed on both. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a clean or relaxing stay

Could have stayed at a Red Roof INN. Can't believe Choice Hotels would put their name on such a place. I was on a business trip for 2 weeks and pre paid for the hotel and so I was stuck staying there. The best thing was the price. Minimal everything, service of room, breakfast LOL, workout room with broken equipment and Television. Shame on me for trying to save some business expense, you get what you pay for.

Upon checking in I noticed the bedding in our room looked dirty. There was human fecal matter on the sheets as well as the mattress cover. I called the front desk and they did send someone to change the bedding immediately. The toilet was broken and the room was damp with a strange smell my guess is mold because every morning we woke up feeling extremely congested. Hotel policy is non refundable no exceptions so we just chose to suck it up but we will never be returning to this hotel.

Most of the previous reviews seemed fair and decent, so we booked to stay a weekend while we were in town for an event. Upon entering the lobby, I was already disappointed. It was hot and clammy and smelled musty. The check in process was so, however, the staff was friendly. Our room was filthy. I wasn't comfortable walking around barefoot. It didn't seem as if the floors were even vacuumed as we found spider carcasses around. The towels were stained and stiff and when we asked for fresh towels on our second day, we were told no because they had none cleaned. The comforter smelled of old, musty laundry that had been left in an old washing machine. Ot was a disappointing stay, and we only stayed because of the convenient location and that the property was *just* barely clean enough to stay and avoid having to find another hotel and lose out on money. Based on my stay, I wouldn't recommend for a family. Plan to stay here if you need a mediocre place to sleep.

The staff was super friendly and the room itself wasn't bad. It could been cleaner especially the floor, but other than that the room was great. The breakfast was very limited. I wouldn't even call a breakfast is literally just coffee and a machine of waffle. I would recommend the hotel staff either add more options for the breakfast or dont list as "free breakfast" necause that wasnt it. Also, the rooms are NOT soundproof. You can hear everything for the room and the hotel doesn't seem to enforce silent times.

Stains on the shower curtains, after switching it out multiple times, breakfast was quite literally just cereal and juice, the room itself is dusty and dirty, will not stay at a hotel with this franchise again, many cheaper options will offer better than this

Concierge was often passive aggressive and/or not reasonably accommadating to simple request like changing a blown lamp light bulb or non working power strip. Please improve personal attitude with customers. Also the "continental breakfast" items were limited and not fresh.
