BathRooms were not as clean as they should be. When I went in there were two spots missed on the bathroom floor thought okay that happens. The next morning the two items were still on the bathroom floor just moved around. Not good!

The pool was already closed for the season. Overall the room and property is clean - The furniture (outside of the bed) was very old and Hodge podge. We had a clogged toilet, so I tried to call downstairs. Two things happen: 1. The phone doesn't work (and the cord itself is broken to the headset). For safety sake, that is unacceptable. And when we called downstairs via our cell phones, we were told that management knows about the on-going phone issues that would be taken care of in a couple of days and that she would have a plunger sent up for us to take care of the toilet as there was no maintenance man.

This hotel seemed nice from the outside, but the inside needs work. The rooms smelled bad and the bathroom was dirty, like it hasn’t had a deep clean ever. The lock on the door needs to be more secure, you shouldn’t be able to open the door a little when it’s locked.

NEVER AGAIN!!!

Coming from out of State but stayed at a Best Western as well worked along in the past & this has been the worse experience. Staying on The 2nd floor went to get ice. The ice machine wasn’t working, had to walk downstairs to be told that it’s not working & to use the 3rd floor one. the room I was In was nasty. There was dried up blood by the sink walls, the bathroom tub has rust & dark stains, the bedroom lamps were holes, and black stains all over. Mind you these lamps shades were beige. Upon opening up the sofa bed there were no extra Linen. And the mattress had no sheets. Had to walk downstairs and ask. Waiting for extra the young lady only provided 1 blanket. So had to return to ask for something as who is going to sleep on just a mattress. Even though we asked for sheets for the sofa we couldn’t even open the sofa bed because how uncomfortable how dirty it looked we just placed the bed sheets on top of the sofa. The next morning I informed the gentleman at front desk that the water in the tub was not going down & was not able to get the water stopper to come back up. He said ok he will have someone take care of it. After returning back in the evening I came back to no one coming in the room. The room wasn’t cleaned, all the dirty linen that I placed By the door was still there as well as the bag of trash. There was no clean linen to use or nothing & no there was no sign placed at the door for privacy or no housekeeping. To finish off there was no Hot water running.

Requested a handicap accessible room and did not get it. TV and internet WiFi was constantly up and down. Bathroom was dirty, hair on the sink and bathtub and room had a bad smell. A/C unit ran extremely loud. In room coffee maker did not work

Checked in after 9:30 and went to room and the more I looked around, the more disgusting this place was. Mold and staining on the bath ceiling, mold in closet, stained couch cushions, torn curtains. Was supposed to stay a second night but I couldn’t stay there in this dirty, moldy room

Unfortunately, this Best Western was not great. For some pros though, it is in a good location and right across the road (pretty much) are several dining options and shopping options. For the hotel itself, the staff was okay, but the facility was run-down and really dirty. The floors were sticky in the hotel common areas as well as the room itself. The room smelled terrible, and the couch in the room was visibly filthy and stained. There were spots on the walls that appeared to be either a soda splash or possibly even blood. I ended up getting some disinfectant spray and spraying and wiping down the tile floor area, the chair and desk, and other hard areas. The bed itself did look clean, but I sprayed that down as well. I did not eat breakfast at the facility, and we ended up leaving early due to a family emergency at home, but I would not stay here again.
