Room was clean. Loved having my own private entrance on the ground floor. Did not need to use air conditioning. Very easy to walk to Thames street shops and restaurants, and the grocery store up the road.

Nice, clean room in historic house. Breakfast was "mehhh" at best, but it came with the room. I'd suggest bringing your own K-cups for the coffee station- it was nearly all decaf-

Very friendly staff, and comfortable bed. TV didn't connect with remote so we had to get up to turn up the volume and turn on the tv, which was a little annoying. Wifi doesn’t work very well, pretty low speed. Breakfast was delicious at hydrangea house (offered on the first day) and just ok in the manor. Overall staff is friendly and I would stay here again for a no frills stay.

The Bellevue property was very nice. We stayed at 10 Bellevue manor on the 2nd floor. I didn't notice any elevators in case someone needs one. We had a king size bed and the room had a sofa, chair and a good size bathroom and roomy shower. All was very clean. There's a cute front porch on the property, where you can just sit and relax. It's walking distance to many shops. For check-in I was concerned that we would be too late checking in, as we went to the dueling piano show in town. I just called the Bellevue and spoke with Dave who was extremely pleasant and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
