This location was all we hoped it would be…glass, deck, and perfect view of the marina. With two separate bedrooms and a full bath, plus a reasonably well-stocked kitchen, it made a very good spot for our almost week-long stay. That said, it could use some spiffing up. It has older kitchen and bath decor and fixtures, the floor is a bit uneven, and there are many stains on the living room carpet. We were very happy there!

Overall, not bad. A bit shabby or rather worse for the wear. There were a lot of cobwebs and the bathroom had lint or something on the walls. The electrical situation caused a bit of confusion as the light switches and outlets didn’t function as expected. The set of bathroom doors left something to be desired. The first door is actually just a closet door that gets caught on the floor as you try to close it. The inner door, that separates the toilet and tub from the sink and washer/dryer, is a pocket door that doesn’t close all the way. There is a large diagonal vertical slit where the bottom half of the door doesn’t meet the wall. Finally, the wall behind the washer only goes three quarters of the way to the ceiling. On the other side of this 3/4 wall is the back of the bedroom closet. If you’re not doing laundry, then you’re golden. If you are, try to do it during the day when nobody is trying to sleep.
