Everything was top notch except for the beds. They were old outdated spring mattresses..woke up the next morning & could barely walk..huge disappointment to say the least. My husband slept on the couch he was so uncomfortable

We have been coming here for the past 5 years. Love the proximity to newport but the distance from the crowd at the same time. The staff is always so friendly and kind. The place could use a facelift but it has everything you need.

Hotel located far from downtown Newpoert. Approximately 15 minutes drive at least. And 15 min to the mentions. Our "suite" had only one small, bathroom size window. Overlooking the back yard of the pld local bar. Half of the lights did not work, shower was hard to operate. In the morning there was a stuff meeting right by our door. Definately not a $500 per night place

Would stay here again!

The room was outstanding. Large room with a partition between the double beds. Lots of space for luggage and spreading out. The view of the water was an added bonus. Hotel is close to the beach, the Cliff Walk, and downtown Newport is less than 2 miles away Only downside was that nobody came in to clean our room after the first night.

We did like area was close to almost everything. We didn't like noises. Was noisy all the times and not free parking also the charge yoy for wi fi. Place was okay but we never staying again..

Convenient for Easton beach. Property tired and dated. Our suite was next to a fire door which was old and squeaky so we could hear people entering our corridor however it did not seem bother our sleep. Bed was comfortable and facilities otherwise clean. Expensive compared to other, more modern hotels

we had alot of issues with the wifi. it was very weak and should be upgraded. bed was very comfortable, great AC and view was nice. Staff was very nice as well. check in was very easy and fast. room suite was very large and spacious.
