EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
To fulfill the maximum occupancy, 2 twin trifold floor mats (best suited for children), along with extra linens/pillows are provided. Twin rollaway beds can be rented instead of the mats, if desired. Make arrangements with our office in advance to ensure delivery in time for your arrival.
LINENS:
All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.
LAUNDRY:
Shared coin-operated laundry facilities located in the laundry room along the side walkway. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies and quarters.
PARKING:
Two parking spaces, one covered carport space on the left side of the garage, and one uncovered carport space along the wall of the left-hand exterior of the garage.
LOCATION:
Best of all is the proximity to the hugely popular 40th Street beach, well-known for its great surf and inviting shoreline. A longtime local favorite, there is something for everyone to enjoy here! Every convenience imaginable is within easy walking distance from this home: from the well-stocked Pavilions grocery store and various eateries just a few short blocks away, to the lively yet quaint Newport Pier area, and so many more destinations in between, including banks, a pharmacy, a full-size movie theater, restaurants, and shops for all ages to enjoy. Guests can park their cars once and not use them again until departure day! The beachfront boardwalk, which runs almost a 6-mile length of the peninsula, facilitates a great transportation corridor for pedestrians and bicycles, in addition to the Seashore Dr. bike path. It's the best way to get around town to avoid any parking and traffic hassles, too!
