What a great stay. Perfectly located in the heart of Newport. Short walking distance. The bikes were great too. Our host was very accommodating and made my sisters birthday very nice. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property and truly enjoyed all it had to offer. The location was fantastic and just a short walk to the beach, piers, and other seaside fun! There is also great shopping, restaurants, and coffee shops nearby, which made everything so convenient to get to. We especially appreciated the outdoor patio with BBQ, the private parking garage, and the beach cruisers available for use as they gave us a convenient and fun way to explore the neighborhood and local beach! The property was very clean, well maintained, the couch and beds were all super comfy, making it easy for my family and I to relax after long days of exploring Newport. Having access to an onsite washer and dryer and complimentary beach towels made such a difference and they were one less detail we had to worry about while traveling. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely choose to stay here again!
