Summary:
At Iris House, a Corona del Mar day can begin over breakfast on the private patio, move through the Village for coffee or shopping, and continue to Big Corona Beach on foot. The high-ceilinged home accommodates eight guests with a King suite, two Queen bedrooms, a Queen loft, and 3.5 bathrooms. A full kitchen, grill, central air conditioning, laundry, garage parking, and pet-friendly policy give families and friends room to settle in without losing the neighborhood outside.
The Space:
Iris House occupies one home within a duplex in Corona del Mar. High ceilings give the main gathering spaces a more open feel, while the two-level layout provides three enclosed bedrooms and a loft sleeping area for families and friends traveling together.
The living room, dining area, and full kitchen create the center of the property. Guests can begin the morning around the table, reconnect after the beach, or prepare dinner without separating the cook from the rest of the group.
The private patio moves meals outside with dining space and a grill. It also provides a place to begin the day before walking into the Village or settle in after returning from the beach.
Iris House accommodates up to eight guests:
Primary bedroom: King bed
Second bedroom: Queen bed
Third bedroom: Queen bed
Loft: Queen bed in an open sleeping area
Bathrooms: Three full bathrooms and one half bathroom
The loft sits on the second-floor landing and is not an enclosed bedroom. It may work better for children, teenagers, or guests comfortable sleeping in an open area.
Central air conditioning, an in-home washer and dryer, one garage parking space, and beach equipment support beach days and longer stays.
Guest Access:
Guests have private use of Iris House, including its three enclosed bedrooms, loft, 3.5 bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, private patio, grill, and laundry.
One garage parking space is included. Additional public street parking may be available but is not guaranteed. Beach gear and beach towels are provided for guest use.
Self-guided arrival information and access instructions are provided before check-in through your Arrival Getaways Boarding Pass.
