Skyline House - Two Rooftop Decks Near the Beach

Skyline House lets a group spread across three levels, then brings everyone together on two rooftop decks. Walk 0.3 miles to the beach or two minutes to Lido Marina Village, then return for sunset around a firepit or drinks at the covered rooftop bar. Four enclosed bedrooms, a loft with a Queen sleeper sofa, six bathrooms, a full kitchen, central air conditioning, laundry, and garage parking give up to 10 guests room for both shared time and privacy.



The Space:

Skyline House uses its three-level layout to give a group different ways to spend time together. The kitchen, dining area, and main living room form the central gathering space, while the bedrooms and third-floor loft provide room to step away when the day slows down.



The full kitchen opens to the dining and living areas, keeping meals connected to the group. There is room to begin the morning before walking to the beach, return for lunch, or gather after dinner around Lido Marina Village.



The third floor changes the rhythm of the property. A loft-style den sits between two rooftop decks and includes a Queen sleeper sofa and its own full bathroom. The two decks provide separate outdoor spaces with sofas, sun chairs, Smart TVs, a firepit, and a covered bar area. From here, the outlook stretches across the surrounding neighborhood toward the ocean.



Skyline House accommodates up to 10 guests:

Primary bedroom: King bed

Second bedroom: Double bed

Third bedroom: Double bed

Fourth bedroom: Double bed

Third-floor loft: Queen sleeper sofa

Bathrooms: Six bathrooms



Each enclosed bedroom has its own bathroom, giving couples and family members more privacy within a larger group. The loft is an open sleeping and living area rather than an enclosed bedroom.



Central air conditioning, an in-home washer and dryer, one garage parking space, and beach equipment support beach days and longer stays.



Guest Access:

Guests have private use of Skyline House, including its four enclosed bedrooms, loft, six bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, two rooftop decks, firepit, covered bar area, laundry, and designated parking space.



One garage parking space is included. Beach gear is provided for guest use.

The Neighborhood:

Skyline House sits between the beach and Lido Marina Village, allowing days to move between the sand, harborfront dining, shops, and time on the rooftop without requiring much driving.



Lido Marina Village is approximately a two-minute walk from the property, with waterfront restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and harbor activity gathered along the marina. Lido House Hotel, Cannery Village, and additional neighborhood dining are also nearby.



The beach is approximately 0.3 miles away, while Newport Beach Pier is about 0.8 miles from the property. The boardwalk opens more of the Peninsula to guests traveling on foot or by bicycle.



Getting Around:

The beach, Lido Marina Village, Cannery Village, restaurants, cafes, shops, and sections of the harborfront can be reached on foot. Bicycles provide another useful way to explore the boardwalk and Newport Beach Peninsula.



One garage parking space is included. Public street parking is limited and subject to posted restrictions. Rideshare services and taxis are available for exploring Balboa Island, Fashion Island, Corona del Mar, Laguna Beach, and other parts of Orange County.



John Wayne Airport is approximately 20 minutes away under typical traffic conditions. Travel time can vary with traffic.

Other Things to Note:

Three-level property

Skyline House spans three levels connected by stairs and does not have an elevator. Reaching the bedrooms, loft, and rooftop decks requires climbing stairs. The property may not suit guests with limited mobility.



Loft sleeping area

The third-floor loft contains a Queen sleeper sofa and is not an enclosed bedroom. It sits between the two rooftop decks and may receive light or activity from guests using the surrounding spaces.



Occupancy

Skyline House accommodates no more than 10 registered guests. Sleeping arrangements include one King bed, three Double beds, and one Queen sleeper sofa. An occupancy of 10 assumes that two guests will share each bed and the sleeper sofa.



Rooftop decks

The two rooftop decks are private to Skyline House guests. Children require close supervision, and guests must follow all posted rules for the firepit, bar area, furnishings, and outdoor electronics.



Firepit

Guests must follow the posted operating instructions and never leave the firepit unattended. The firepit must be turned off after use.



Parking

One garage parking space is included. Oversized vehicles may not fit. Public street parking is not guaranteed and remains subject to posted restrictions.



Beach equipment

Beach gear is provided for guest use. Guests are responsible for returning all equipment to the property after use.



Pets

Pets are not permitted at this property.



Minimum booking age

The booking guest must be at least 25 years old.



Community setting

Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.



Neighborhood activity

Skyline House is located near Lido Marina Village in an active coastal neighborhood. Guests may hear traffic, pedestrians, restaurants, nightlife, neighboring properties, construction, or community activity during their stay.
