- Guests may walk up to the picnic table on the dock, but do not have access to the boat dock.
- Stays over 30 nights require mid-cleanings.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note that this is a five-unit building, and both units are located downstairs.
- Only Unit B offers water views; Unit E does not.
- A coin-operated washer and dryer are available and shared between all five units.
- Please note that there is no A/C; however, large fans are provided. For better airflow, we recommend placing the fans near the windows to help circulate cool air indoors.
- The kitchenette does not include an oven or dishwasher.
- Please note that cell reception may be limited in this area. To stay connected, join the WiFi network provided and enable WiFi calling on your phone.

Parking Details:
- Unit B has one reserved parking space on the right side of the garage.
- Unit E has no designated parking and only has access to street parking on Fernando or Coronado St - Street cleaning on Mondays and Wednesdays from 8:30 am until 12:30 pm. Parking can be very difficult to find during the summer and holidays.

All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
