Warm welcoming staff. Excellent parking and relaxed atmosphere. Brilliant breakfasts and restaurant offers great menu choices and a tempting wine list. Attended during probably busiest week of year and in a heat wave but staff were cheerful and exceptionally hard working throughout our stay. A fine example for all workers to follow whatever their work

Could not find a fault, from the welcoming of the reception staff and the efficiency of all staff members. A special thanks to the lovely lady on reception who bought me some slippers when I'd forgotten to pack a pair of shoes (laugh) to the lovely breakfast waitress - all found time to smile and have a conversation. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean and the breakfast, varied and delicious. The gym was a surprise, it really is very well equipped with a great pool and spa area and the hotel is an ideal location for exploring the town and a visit to the racecourse. Thank you so much for your welcome and very warm hospitality.
