The hotel’s central location made it very convenient and provided easy access to the city. Our room was much more spacious than the photos suggested, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, from the reception team to the housekeeping staff and the breakfast team. The only improvement I would suggest is having a designated pick-up and drop-off area directly outside the hotel entrance. As we were travelling with a lot of luggage and our dog, this would have made our arrival and departure much easier.
