Great staff. Everyone very helpful and friendly. Great location. 20 mins walk to centre or take the bus from the bus stop just across the road. Restaurant attached to hotel was fab for evening meal. Great food and great price.

Room was clean (although there was a sandwich in the bedside drawer left by previous inhabitants!), staff eere so so friendly and helpful, breakfast was yummy and ao decent considering included in price. A total gem of a find!

The hotel is in a good location, only a short walk from the city centre. There are a few free parking spaces which is nice. Rooms are basic and a bit dated but ok, shower performance in the family room was not great. Breakfast is good. Staff are very friendly.

Lovely clean hotel. 15 min walk from Newcastle city centre and close to public transport options. Italian restaurant attached who were happy to provide food to take back to the room (food was excellent too!). Staff were really friendly and helpful and having a grab and go breakfast you child pre order was a great option

Bad drain smell in room. They did come up and clean a bit and removed something nefarious from behind the toilet but still smelled a bit odd. A lot of noise disturbance from banging door by my room and from the street outside. Shame the restaurant below was closed as all restaurants nearby looked really sketchy. Breakfast cooked nicely

Lovely northern welcome and free parking

We arrived late but easily found the hotel and their free parking and reception was open and welcoming. Room 1 was bit hard to find: upstairs then down some stairs but it was a nicely decorated family room with a decent sized bathroom. Worked great for us. Breakfast was served quickly with a nice chat.
