Staff were lovely at reception, very helpful & pleasant. I do enjoy a smiling welcome. Also bar staff were great too. Bed was super-comfy. Good size room & shower room. Downside was having no fridge in the room for a hot July weekend & that the toilet seat was stained with what I assume to be fake tan. Pool was great too. Already booked to stay again next month.

Spacious, quiet, comfortable, well equipped & maintained rooms & bathrooms (superior room). Same for the general hotel too. Ample parking. Great leisure facilities, including late night opening (handy for parents tag teaming). Convenient location next to main roads, supermarkets, shops & restaurants - but rooms well soundproofed. Ideal for our young family. Really relaxing, comfortable sleep. Would definitely return.

Staff were extremely friendly. Close to a lot of amenities within walking distance. Dog friendly. Free parking. Excellent pool and also decent gym facilities. Hotel maybe slightly dated but rooms were clean and in good condition.

Excellent hotel . Our room was spacious, clean and had the benefit of air conditioning which was very welcome during this present heat wave. The lobby had an air of luxury and the gym was excellent. We found the staff to be extremely helpful and courteous. All in all we had a lovely 3 night break and will definitely be staying there again. Highly recommended.
