I look forward to welcoming you to my stylish house on the outskirts of Newcastle. This newly built home has been furnished with comfort in mind.

The space
This home from home is perfect for families or friends wanting to find a place to enjoy while visiting the Newcastle Upon Tyne Area.
Ground Floor
Entrance to the property is via a private front door through a fob style key. The modern and bright hallway first welcomes you into the house. The kitchen is on your left hand side as you enter the hallway and comprises of a easy to use electric oven, dining table and all the essential appliances. The living room area is found at the rear of the property with comfortable sofas and a smart tv it is a very functional space to spend time in. The private rear garden is accessible via the rear patio doors. A convenient downstairs toilet is also located on the ground floor.
First Floor
The first floor is home to three generously sized bedrooms capable of sleeping 5 guests. 1 Queen bed, 2 small doubles and a single bed make the beds very generously sized for all guests. The master bedroom has its own ensuit, with the main bathroom accessible from the landing area.
Guest access
Please put rubbish in the bin bags provided. Bins are located in the back garden accessible via a wooden gate.
Please leave any pets at home. I am a great Pet lover but the property is not best suited to dogs coming to stay.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
